Homeschooling mom, Jen Mackintosh, explains how she stays organized & productive with the Erin Condren Teacher Lesson Planner.

For years now, the Erin Condren Teacher Planner has been my go-to planner for homeschooling my 5 kids from preschool through high school.

I love the beauty, layout, and designs, but I come back again and again because of the quality and function.

This planner is in and out of my hands, and my kids’ hands every single day. But the amazing coil and paper of this planner can take it!

I love having the space to note each of the kids’ lessons as well as the enrichment that is so important in education. This planner holds it all and stands up to it all—and it does it beautifully! In my very busy life, that’s a win!

A little bit of organization can go a long way in the busy life of a homeschool mom!

Here are some helpful homeschooling tips on how to organize, reduce stress & stay productive.

5 Stress-Free Productivity Tips for Homeschooling Moms

Stress-Free Productivity Tips for Homeschooling Moms

1. Keep your lesson plans visible at all times.

Many homeschool teachers jump between kids’ grade levels, so keep a lesson plan for each student in front of you. The Erin Condren Teacher Lesson Planner helps you simplify and stylize your weekly, semester and full-year lesson plans. (Plus, its colorful, customized designs inspire a desire to PLAN!)

2. Declutter & organize your classroom or learning space.

With home and school combined in the same space, a functional organization system is essential! One homeschool parent used wire baskets to keep school books and folders tidy. Try our stylish box dividers to keep kids’ work separated & maintain a decluttered and creative learning space.

3. Get creative when rewarding good work!

Since kids LOVE stickers (as do we!), a fun and creative way to reward a job well done is to take photos of your kids enjoying learning & turn those memories into a custom sticker sheet!

What a cool way to reinforce a love of learning while saving happy family memories! Try our custom photo stickers and make homeschooling all the more fun & rewarding!

4. Give each student a personal first day of school.

If you have more than one homeschool student, a one-on-one first day of school is a great way to help each child start the school year with a little extra personal attention.

5. Set yearly goals & benchmarks with each student.

An ideal way to organize while teaching kids they can too is to work with them to plan goals they can achieve. Our Teacher Lesson Planner’s monthly spreads, checklists, graph pages and yearly spreads allow you to set, track & achieve goals together throughout the school year! (Remember to celebrate all that achievement!)
