Each Design is a Snowflake
Nearly all the items on the site are custom made to order, so the final product you receive may vary in appearance in terms of letter/word spacing and layout, but we‘ve made every effort to try to give you the best possible idea of what your information will look like on your item.

Yellow and Blue still make Green!
We‘ve tried to reproduce all images and colors on the site as accurately as possible, but due to the inherent differences between how colors are displayed from monitor to monitor, the printed product may be slightly different

Paying by Credit Card
erincondren.com gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not add any credit card surcharges. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information about your credit card safety.

Order Confirmation
Shortly after placing an order you will receive an email confirming that it was received. These sometimes get stuck in spam filters. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your order was not placed, your items will still be in your shopping bag. We process orders as quickly as possible, and if we need any clarification regarding an order we‘ll contact you. You will receive another email when your order has shipped. You may also use the site‘s order status feature located in your account options after logging in.

Status of an Order
Orders typically takes 7 days or so to customize the designs to your specifications. Products that require a proof may take longer if there are multiple revisions or the proof is not approved right away. Growth Charts, Canvas, Lucite Trays and iPhone Cases may take a little longer as well. Growth Charts are shipped in tubes and will be shipped separately from other items.

Check the storefront the day you place your order for the expected ship date. Additionally, you can log into your account and check the status of your order buy clicking order history / re-order link found at the top of the page. If you need more information, please use the Support form. Be sure to in include your invoice number.

 
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped with FedEx except when the ship to address is a PO box. Orders sent to PO boxes will be shipped United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail which normally arrives 3-5 days after leaving the studio. We are unable to send UPS or FedEx to PO boxes because the Postal Service does not allow third party delivery companies to deliver to Post Office boxes.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary by product weight, distance from our facility in Hawthorne, California and level of delivery service selected. Check the FedEx website for ground transit times shipping from zip code 90250.

International Shipping
We are thrilled to be sharing our happy products with international customers! Just be aware that tarrifs and taxes are not implemented by our company, but federal government policies that are beyond our control. Please expect additional monies to be collected at the time of delivery to pay for government taxes and tarrifs.

Gift Bags
If your order is a gift being shipped directly to the recipient you can choose to gift bag the entire order. This option is found on the Shopping Cart page while checking out. If you choose this option all items in the order will be wrapped and placed inside our metallic silver gift bag, then boxed up and shipped the the recipient. Wrap and growth charts cannot be gift bagged because they are shipped in tubes.

Please note that we cannot split ship orders so please place one order for each ship to address. If you would like to purchase gift bags they can be found here.

Changes/Cancellations
All of the designs are unique. If any of the information you have provided is incorrect, please use the Support form immediately! Include your order number with the correct information and we‘llll make the necessary changes. If you decide to cancel an order before it‘lls shipped out, there may be a small fee depending on how far along we are with your order. Please understand this is only to cover the cost of materials used in the creation process.

Errors
Even though we check and double check every order before it leaves the office it‘s true, sometimes a typo or mistake does reach a customer. So sorry! We‘re more than happy to correct it for you. If you receive your order and it differs from your invoice please fill out the Contact Us form. Be sure to include your invoice number and full details on which item is incorrect and how it should correctly read. Reprints are processed as soon as possible!

Thanks for your patience as we create your custom order! The shipping date posted on the site is our best guesstimate at the time you purchase. Please know that we are doing everything possible to ship earlier than that date, but sometimes an order can be delayed. If we find even a tiny flaw in QC, your order may need to be re-printed so it is absolutely perfect and meets our highest quality standards. Each product is made to order by a talented designer, and occasionally we need a bit more time.

Please keep in mind iDevice and Acrylic items have longer production times (see product description). Thanks for understanding, and we promise it is worth the wait!
