Nearly all the items on the site are custom made to order, so the final product you receive may vary in appearance in terms of letter/word spacing and layout, but we‘ve made every effort to try to give you the best possible idea of what your information will look like on your item.

We‘ve tried to reproduce all images and colors on the site as accurately as possible, but due to the inherent differences between how colors are displayed from monitor to monitor, the printed product may be slightly different

Shipping Confirmation
Shortly after you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. We process orders as quickly as possible, and if we need any clarification regarding an order we‘ll contact you. You will receive another email when your order has shipped. You may also use the site‘s order status feature located in your account options after logging in.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary by product subtotal. There may also be an additional charge if you request a rush on an item due to the especially unique nature of the items. The following are the standard shipping rates we offer:

Shipping Method
All orders are shipped with the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority mail which normally takes 3-5 days after leaving the studio depending on the shipping destination. Standard shipping rates apply to shipments to the 48 Continental United States. Extra shipping charges may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and internationally and will be handled on a per order basis. Please allow additional time for orders placed during busy times such as holidays.

Status of an Order
Once processed, all orders typically take 7-10 days or so to customize the designs to your specifications. Please use the site's feature located in your account options as an indicator of an order's status. If you need more information, please use the Contact Us form. Be sure to in include your invoice number.

Changes/Cancellations
All of the designs are unique. If any of the information you have provided is incorrect, please use the Contact Us form immediately! Include your order number with the correct information and we‘ll make the necessary changes. If you decide to cancel an order before it's shipped out, there may be a small fee depending on how far along we are with your order. Please understand this is only to cover the cost of materials used in the creation process.

Errors
Even though we check and double check every order before it leaves the office it's true, sometimes a typo or mistake does reach a customer. So sorry! We're more than happy to correct it for you. If you receive your order and it differs from your invoice please fill out the Contact Us form. Be sure to include your invoice number and full details on which item is incorrect and how it should correctly read. Reprints are usually processed the same day and sent out regular mail.
