It’s that time of year again, when we all need to rally to support our local schools. With further budget cuts during these difficult economic times, our schools need our help more than ever! Pink slips have been handed out to teachers and important programs are on the chopping blocks – WE ALL MUST DO WHAT WE CAN TO KEEP OUR SCHOOLS STRONG! We attended our school fundraiser this past weekend and I was blown away by all the hard work and dedication it takes to execute such an event. It took dozens of volunteers and countless hours to coordinate, but the night was a huge success! Even smaller, spontaneous events can bring in the resources and raise awareness to our challenges…see the photos from our event we held at our home last year.
